Documentary Credit

Any and all agreements under which is the issuing Bank, by order of the client it assumes, before a beneficiary, or an irrevocable commitment to execute a payment with prompt payment or to pay at a future date against presentation of stipulated documents, provided that they are credit terms and conditions are respected.
