En Estrutura Accionista

O Capital Social do Banco, no valor de AOA 9.530.006.500,00 (nove biliões, quinhentos e trinta milhões, seis mil e quinhentos Kwanzas), está dividido em 1.000.000 acções com o valor nominal de USD 100,00 cada, encontrando-se repartido por quatro accionistas minoritários (pessoas individuais fiduciárias do Grupo Standard Bank) e dois accionistas maioritários, nomeadamente, Standard Bank Group Limited e AAA Activos, Limitada, com 51% e 49%, respectivamente.
