Shareholding Structure

The Bank’s Share Capital amounts to AOA 21,000,000,000.00 (twenty-one billion kwanzas), distributed across 2,203,566 shares, each valued at AOA 9,530.0065. The capital is held by three minority shareholders (individual fiduciary persons from the Standard Bank Group) and two majority shareholders: Standard Bank Group Limited and the Angolan State, represented by IGAPE, holding 51% and 49% respectively.

It is worth noting that the shares belonging to the shareholder AAA Activos Lda. were seized by the Office of the Attorney General of the Republic of Angola, with the Institute for State Asset and Equity Management (IGAPE) appointed as the trustee.
